Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollment Fees
All fees paid for course enrollment are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
2. Duplicate Payment
If a student makes a duplicate payment due to technical or transactional errors, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
3. Course Cancellation by Institute
In case a course is canceled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Admission Cancellation by Student
If a student chooses to cancel their admission, no refund will be provided once the enrollment process is completed and access to course materials has been granted.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email along with payment proof and relevant details. All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the account may vary depending on the payment provider.
